Why is everyone so quick to call this consensual? For those of you who didn't read too closely, Kerry Rhodes IS NOT THE FOCUS OF THE INVESTIGATION. She's not claiming Rhodes raped her; she's claiming two other dudes did. This isn't a gold-digging situation. I think it's entirely plausible. Young girl from the Frozen North comes to New York, meets a celebrity, decides she wants to fuck him. She goes to his house, whoops, Kerry bounces, and she's left there, intoxicated, with two NFL player entourage members (typically a highly reputable breed). Shit like this has happened at every rock concert since the dawn of time. Young girl wants to bang Mick or Vince or Gene, they take the girl back to the hotel room, get her liquored up and throw her to the entourage. The ol' bait n' switch.

She doesnt specifically name Rhodes as one of the people that raped her. She names Rhodes as one of the people she met at the bar but then just says they went back to her house and two men raped her. I'm not going to say she didnt get raped but it very well could have been two other guys at Kerry's house. Who knows what was going on there.

I also am not saying the rape did or did not happen, but I do find it odd that the girl drove over a half hour with the guys to Rhodes location. Maybe she assumed she was hooking up with one guy, and somebody else joins in. I mean who knows the exact scenario, just remember that Rhodes is not being investigated, but his house is.
