    I don't think it's a 'good' move. I think it's an adequate move. Foote was expendible as a 3-4 ILB and is now going to a 4-3 which puts more emphasis on east-west play and speed. Foote wouldn't be anything special at 4-3 OLB, and probably average at MLB too. Probably will compete for a starting job.

    Any form of veteran leadership on a team that went 0-16 is a positive
