This isn't the first fuckin time you guys have had a sub 4.5 receiver. If that is the only motive for you drafting DHB at #7 then you have proven your own logic to be flawed. You have to draft football players not track stars.

I have to admit, this is the first time I've seen Jeaux take this angle. While not entirely out of character it is a first.

Congratz jeaux you've graduated to a higher level. You've been making excuses for basically a decade now. But to rationalize this, you are either Davis' cabana boy or have graduated from stupid retard to blithering idiot. Take your pick.

My only answer is we already saw what your Wr corps could do against raiders secondary. Nothing. I hope Jets leave Revis or any of there other Cbs one on one with DHB . Speed kills man. A banged up javon walker was running away from your secondary last year.

Btw you do know the diffrence between sub 4.5 speed and sub 4.3 speed. Revis is going to find out the hard way.

Jeaux, you give me more interest in football, I have to thank you for that. Regardless of how the Jets do every year, it's fun to see you spin the putrid football product coming out of Oakland into anything but a victim of Alzheimer's.

You're like the Groundhog of Football Stupidity. You come out in the offseason, scurry around and make incoherent noise, get up and fierce right before the season begins...

...then about week 8, you see your shadow (a metaphor for Reality) and dig down deep into your burrow and put on your leather spiked chaps and your dog chain and half a tub of Vaseline and hook yourself up to the clothing bar in the closet to self-choke for a couple of denial-filled days as you watch that 30-second loop of the Tom Brady tuck play that makes you sleepy at night.

You ever hear of safety help over the top. Speed can be neutralized with a pass rush or double coverage.

The raiders have gone the speed route time and time and time again. The last good WR they had was Tim Brown, those days are long over.

Can he beat press coverage? Can he run good routes, or will he just be jolting down the field? Play off? Can he run after the catch on a short route if they play off? So many questions that Raider WRs have yet to prove.

Not much has changed on the Raiders other than Bey. Meanwhile, the Jets have brought in Leonard, Scott and Sheppard to help sure up what was a leaky pass defense. With better pressure schemes, better coverage by the LBs on the TE and better number two corner play and safety play, frees up more pass rush, and creates less room for WRs to operate.

Plus the Jets were beaten last year by the Raiders due to crappy play calling, and not enough running.

Even so, they still only lost by a few points.

Even Randy frickin' Moss couldn't make that Raiders' WR situation look good.

How's fast Fabian Washington doing for ya?

Speed only helps if you can actually play football.

YEs thats exactly why Raiders drafted DHB. To get those safeties out of the box. SO they can run the ball with their three headed monsters Mcfadden, Bush and fargas. Not to mention open up the middle for their stud Te to exploit. Raiders fake a handoff to Mcfadden you can bet both safeties are coming up. Thats going to leave DHB one on one with a CB(not many CB with that kind of speed). Touchdown Oakland Raiders. You ever see tape of DHB on a reverse , he explodes around the corner(makes Ted Ginn look like Jets Wrs)

Raiders are putting together an explosive offense . First they severly upgraded their Oline from last season in FA( Why they didn't draft one) Second you look at the weapons Raiders possess. They have a stud QB Jamarcus russell which can make any throw necessary. They probably have the best Te in the AFC ,(Zach miller) now that T gonzalez is gone. They get back Darren Mcfadden healthy. Hes going to be big time weapon in their passing offense. HE actually runs great routes. Raiders just couldn't use him as he was rather limited last year. (watch how good a reciever he is)

They can do so many thing with Mcfadden. Just one example. You play M Bush and D mcfadden in the backfield together. DHB who will be streaking down the sideline.(there to stretch the field or run a reverse.) Javon Walker or Chaz schilens 6'4 225 4.38 working the intermediate routes. NOw Raiders can move MCfadden outside before the snap. Leaving M Bush as the single back. NOw defense can't leave a LB one on one with Mcfadden . (they have to give safety help over the top) Dhb with his speed is getting safety Help over the top also. That leaves Raiders stud TE (zach miller) to work his magic in the middle or your just contempt to pound M Bush. (now that safeties are out of the box) Win win situation for raiders.

Don't forget they drafted also Louis murphy 6'2 200 4.38 who going to have a tough time beating out J higgins for the slot.
Big reason both Russsell and the Running backs will thrive is the oline.

Again put your defense out there and I will show you how Raiders have mismatches on offense you can't handle.

Both Chaz Schilens and johhnie lee Higgins proved they can play. Raiders just didn't give them playing time till late in the year. Raiders get back the young WR they like the best Arman Shields 6'1 195 4.38(they put on IR) Great hands and runs great routes.(not to mention a workaholic)

    A. Raiders didn't have a QB. B They didn't have an Oline and C They didn't have a stud TE D and there Running backs weren't in the same league. No wr going to look good in that situation.

Well they do now. (that the point)

Fabian Washington raiders ship to the Ravens because they had better Cbs. Raiders starting Duo N Asomugha and chris Johnson is as good as any other unit in all of football. Raiders lose nothing if Stanford routt has to play if one of their cbs goes down.(Like last game n 2008 where N asomugha was out with injury) Routt just not as comfortable playing inside.

BTw I think your confusing Washington with Justin Miller. Who just will be a returner as Raiders are loaded in secondary.

Raiders OT were brutal last year and your Olbs made them look great. Raiders upgraded that oline big time. Not to mention get their stud FB Oren oneill back(destroys anything that gets in his way) Raiders running backs weren't healthy that game.
Raiders didn't have their best pass rusher (D burgess) and their dline was still killing your Oline. (More like favre) A inexperience Qb that holds the ball and Raiders should get alot of sacks. We know you can't pass on the Raiders. Raiders have done some things this offseason that a one dimerntional offense like jets won't be able to run the ball.

Jets are getting blown out when they come to Oakland.

Of course not. The pieces are all there for an explosive offense. Its more a question how long is it going to take to put it all together. For those players to put it together.

Simply its going to come down to the oline. Oline takes care of its business and everyone will see how good Jamarcus Russell, Their running backs and the explosive weapons they have on offense. Than everyone in the Nfl better look out.

you know it's pretty funny...I have a friend whose a raiders fan and he even said wtf were the raiders doing in the draft. He thinks DHB will be okay but not great(understandable) but should have taken crabtree. Mitchell was projected in the 7th round or something like that and i do believe he wasn't even invited to the combine.

To all the other jet fans out here. Raider fans aren't that bad...it's just him. I showed my friend posts of you and he thinks you are a tard. Congratulations your own kind is hating on you!
