I don't think he's ever punted in the NFL. He's a Florida alum, good college punter, but was cut as quickly as he was signed by the Jags and Texans.

Yer was a 'great college' punter, competition is competition though, so happy to have him to push Hodges a little bit

He's going to compete for a rostr spot... no big news... I'd like to spend our 7rd on a Punter... maybe we can get a decent one...

He is going to be the Tom Brady of punters.

Hodges has done adequately (I've been drinking 7th day passover wine--I think I spelled it right)--good that we have someone to push him as was said earlier. Hopefully Hodges has spent the whole off-season working out like Landeta (ie., running laps in a swimming pool).

I was pretty shocked to hear Westoff KILL Ben Graham this offseason pretty much saying he was a pathetic loser as a punter.

With that kind of talk, I'm surprised Ben last so long here....

Really? And Westhoff was the one praising him when he was first recruited. That is until they made him change his punting style. That's a bit confusing.

Good thing, because the Jets are going to punt a lot this year.

We may need to keep 2 on hand in case the primary gets worn out halfway through the season.
