Cut him some slack...He was Shanahan's boy. Whatever news Denver would break,Shanny would call Shefter 1st to break the news. He loses his golfing buddy and now will lose Cutler...McDaniels and Xanders probably give him the Belichick stiff arm when it comes to media...So he's probably on vacation.
Chris Mortensen already reporting that Schefter will be traded for Jay Glazer. So, he'll be back on the job for NFLN in a day or two.

Well, they need to get Schefter back if they're relying on Mike Fucking Florio for sources. That annoyed the shit out of me when I saw him on Total Access last night.

Yep..i suffered through that segment as well. What's worse...is that Florio just decided to "agree" with everything that other idiot, Mike Lombardi, had to say. Horrible segment. The NFLN should just fire Rod Woodson and add his salary to Schefter's existing salary......done deal.
