There is no way he falls. If by some aboslute freak chance that he drops to number two there is not a chance that NO lets him go by, even if they draft him to trade him.

is not going to fall because of his family matters lol.... the only reason why he might fall is because he wants a crap load of money..

Dude, this is absolutely silly. Nothing is going to happen to Bush, his family or USC. This just sounds like some reporter desperate to make some type of news. The whole thing is really dumb. Couldn't even bring myself to finish the article. Bush is definitely not falling to the Jets just as USC is not going to have it's wins revoked by the ncaa! next...

OK, so if the worst is true Bush is no longer eligible to play in the NCAA.

    So?

Theoretically if the Texans think that it shows something about Bush's character, it would convince the Texans to take Mario Williams if they were seriously considering it. Which is a lot of if's if you ask me.

This could have serious reprocussions for USC football, but it won't keep Reggie Bush from being the #1 pick in the NFL draft.

Hmm, well, I could see Bush falling to 3 or later honestly. If Texas (rightly) realizes it doesn't need an RB, it might try trading down and then find that nobody really wants to give them what they're looking for, so they can take Mario Williams. The Saints realize they have McAllister, so they can go for D'Brick or if they don't think Brees is the answer, Leinart. Then at 3, the Titans could take Bush. Or they might think QB is the pressing need, so Vince Young goes to them if Leinart was taken. Then it's our turn, and Bush probably becomes our pick. It can easily happen. Might even be the best pick for us.

oh and its not USC's problem, it would ultimately really affect them if it was during the season, but it wasn't through booster's in their own program, so it won't bother them much, it's basically all going to be on Reggie if he's found guilty (he's already hired a lawyer to help probably try to somehow say that the Bush family paid fair market value, thus negating any illegal actions...it looks like that's going to be tough to prove because it's not true, look for him to get nailed here..)

Wow....this could kill the rest of his NCAA eligibility huh? (thats sarcasm)

As far as the draft is concerned, this does not matter

That has everything to do with Houston analyzing a player and taking the player they need instead of the BAP, and it has nothing to do with these new allegations.....you could have said the same exact thing concerning the Texans last week.

This new information will hurt cause a few headaches for USC, but all in all has no effect on the nfl draft. The most recent case that comes to mind is Chris Webber, I think Michigan got stripped of its final four appearance b/c of a case similar to this one.....if anyone takes the hit it will be USC.
