Wouldn't be bad to get some more DL depth, as long as the price is right (should be).

After losing Rocky Bernard, if this guy is any good, can't see Seattle just walking away.

Sounds like a fringe player. Probably nothing to get too excited over, but hey you never know..

The draft will be spent on offense.

We really aren't missing much on offense - I really believe they are going to let Clemens and Ratliff compete. Maybe we'll spend the 17th on offense, another pick on the OL and another on a RB. So I could see our draft going half offense and half defense..

Perhaps he hasn't had success in Seattle because he's better suited for NT. That could certainly explain why he'd draw interest from Cleveland and New York, but not his own team right now.

Yep. The only offensive positions we pick are WR, developmental OG, and RB. Maybe a tackle comes in for depth, but even that's uncertain.

This would be a good pickup. He's 30 years old, but that's fine and also gives us an option if we don't find a NT in the draft.

I don't think anyone knows. I think he's as inconspicuous outside of his team as Pouha is outside of ours.

Having a legitimate backup to Jenkins is the most important issue left, if he goes down, there goes our defense. Not sure of this guy but we must have someone who could play NT

    Exactly.

But, it seems like Ryan knows who he is.

I am indisposed to take a defer to authority approach, but on the other hand until proven otherwise Ryan may have a very good ability to assess players he has come across before and whether they might fit for the Jets. I just hope it's not a case of him preferring the familiar.
