Q: When should Jets fans expect to see you meeting Obama in the white house? A: In the first term. You give me 4 years, we should win a championship.

Yeah, Rex gets me fired up for next year. Couldn't say that about Mangini. I was hoping Mangini would turn out to be the silent but deadly type. My farts turned out to be more of that than him. But maybe he'll catch on in Cleveland and do better there, who knows. I don't hate the guy. But I think its great that we have a smash-mouth, intense coach that is confident, or at least appears that way. As far as QB's, if the Ravens could be as successful as they were with an average at-best QB, then maybe we could be pretty good with an aging Favre or a young guy who has enough talent to hand the ball to Jones and Washington. Not that we'll have as good a defense as the Ravens anytime soon, but definitely better than last year I hope. I'm ready for Week 1!
Hard not to like that line, but I just can't get through anything Serby does without giggling uncontrollably. Here, I almost did. Until the very end. Serby: "Nothing scares you, does it?" Our hard-hitting newsie plying his craft. Somewhere a shoe store is missing an underqualified salesman. I had a much bigger larf going through his Q&A session with Rexy in the Post. The best part is his reference to himself as a shark, and all of the toothy questions that follow. Great, great stuff. The little smiley guys represent places where I actually did choke on coffee. Q: Coaching in New York, with sharks like me? Q: So you have skin like an armadillo then? Q: How would you describe your dad to somebody from outer space? Q: Your defenses remind me of Smokin' Joe Frazier or Mike Tyson.
You gotta love him. This guy has a serious chip on his shoulder, and we need that here in new york. I'm tired of all the BS, bend dont break garbage. I like what he's saying, and i think that this new attitude will trickle down to the players. The Jets can be very very good when playing with a chip on their shoulder. Take a look at the Titan's victory, we dominated off of momentum from the N.E victory. KILL EM ALL!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, its less than a month since losing to Miami... and I'm already optimistic for next season. I don't know if that's sad, or what... but I can't help it.
I don't know how many of you really remember his father but Rex is almost exactly the same except he smiles when he says what he says and his father never did.
rex master ryan leads the charge. private favre if he returns will face a challenge in his old age. Give him soldiers, give him his cane of destiny and he WILL make progress in the stadium. the battles will be fierce. he will slay bears and dolphins from town to town. the march goes on, folk. townships will be banterd and winning the battles are not going to be so easy as the war continues. breakin news: hs bball coach got fired for his team beat'n mentally challenged girls 100-0.
