Fair point. It may more be Woody who wants Favre back out of some perception figuring into sellint PSL's. But of course the flip side of your point about Ryan's attitude is that Ryan does not share the view expressed by a sizeable contingent here that bringing Favre back would be disastrous. I don't think so, and I don't think from what Ryan has said that such is his view at all. The cap will likely come into play, anyway, and may end up driving the whole deal. One thing I feel comes through loud and clear is that Ryan needs db's who can play man coverage in order to use his blitzing packages. Right now there are Rhodes and Revis, and that is not enough. I am fairly certain THOSE holes will be filled, and that may affect what happens at Qb.
