2009 tkts are going to require a PSL I believe. I have 4 seats in section 129 and am looking to promote a deal with someone that is interested in obtaining 2 of them for the cost of the PSL. I know thw season is a ways away but tkt money has to be in by early 2009.Time is critical contact me at sdoremus@nc.rr.com if interested.

PSLs aren't until the new stadium, are they? They must be, how could they sell them for a stadium about to be torn down.

Following the auction, the remaining seats will be sold through a staged sales process over the next year. The first stage will be PSL Club seats, followed by PSL Owner seats and No-PSL seats. Those with the highest priority will select first in each stage. Depending on availability, season ticket holders will be able to upgrade to a PSL Club seat or purchase a No-PSL seat in the best available location.

    General Timetable
October 19-27, 2008 - Coaches Club PSL Auction
Winter 2008-2009 - Sale of East, West, and Great Hall Club PSLs
Spring 2009 - Sale of remaining PSL Owner and No-PSL seats

The Jets have developed optional payment plans to spread the PSL cost over five or fifteen years. After a 20% deposit due upon purchase, PSL owners will make installment payments for each year for five or fifteen years thereafter

    2009 Season Tix

That is a very good question. I would think that they would let a season ticketholder buy the final season/2009, even if they were not going to purchase a PSL seat, but you never know. Best think to do would be to call the ticket office in Florham Park, NJ to find out.

PSL are for the 2010 season. Their going to start the process of payments for the psl's but from what i understand is it wont effect you buying 2009 season tickets.

All of the above is correct. However a current tkt holder must have their order in by 2/03/09. That is their request for PSL's and the location. Also non-psl request. Requests will be handled by priority. All accounts prior to 1977 will be issued by seat priority. Time is here if you want a PSL

    2009 Season tickets and PSL's

The JETS gave ALL Season ticket holders until January 31, 2009 to transfer any or All of their tickets to another person FREE of CHARGE. But only a Transfers to an IMMEDIATE family member would get to keep their SENIORITY. Non-Family member Transfers will have the LOWEST Seniority in the PSL Food Chain.

The letter below is what our boy WOODY sent out regarding PSL Selection for the New Stadium in 2010::::::::

We are pleased to tell you that you will be receiving your New Jets Stadium Playbook the week of March 16th. The Playbook is your seat selection guide for the new stadium, the biggest upgrade in NFL history. We want you to be there opening day in September 2010 when finally, we're the home team.

The entire seat selection process is based on seniority, so that season ticket holders who have been with us the longest will have top priority to select their seats. Along with your Playbook, you will receive a Seat Selection Preference Form so you can tell us your top choices.

The move to the new stadium will occur in two phases, starting with the club seats now and expanding to the non-club seats later this year. In this first phase, every season ticket holder - in order of seniority - will be offered an opportunity to purchase tickets in one of four premium clubs featuring the best amenities in the NFL. Imagine coming to the stadium on gameday knowing that you and your guests will get the full VIP treatment from the moment you arrive. You'll enjoy the best parking, incredible sightlines, and outstanding cuisine. Now imagine that at halftime you leave your seat to visit your own exclusive lounge with oversized chairs and flat-screen TVs? and you will still have an a view of the action on the field. It's the kind of experience that many sports fans dream of.

In the second phase, to be launched later this year, all non-club seats will be offered in order of season ticket holder seniority. More information about all seating options including the clubs, the amenities in the New Stadium, flexible payment options and the entire seat selection process will be detailed in your Playbook. Once you receive your Playbook, if you have any questions or concerns, your own dedicated Stadium Specialist will be available seven days a week to help you choose a seat in the New Jets Stadium.

We know you are as excited as we are to make the move to our own stadium. For more information, please visit www.newjetsstadium.com.

Thank you for your loyal support,

The New York Jets and "THE WOOD"
