Probably Callahan gets the OC and the Jets make a switch to the West Coast Offense. Not a big fan of changing offensive systems. The Jets will need a top OL coach and a top QB coach. I hope Schott stays.

Ryan wants the QB coach of the Ravens... I don't know who Spags wants if he came here... I'd imagine they keep Callahan where he is.

I doubt Schottenheimer leaves unless he's fired. He's under contract and can't work for anyone else unless the Jets let him out of his contract. If they do that they better get some compensation. Hell, look what Herm got them. Not bad for a piece of crap coach.

I'd want to retain coaches like Westhoff, and Callahan. These guys are guys with a wealth of experience, who would always be in demand.

If Schott leaves, then all reports are Rex will bring Hue Jackson in from Baltimore as offensive coordinater. I don't know much about him except I remember when he was offensive coordinater for the Redskins Spurrier thought enough of him to let him call the plays...although that offense sucked. In fairness his qb's were patrick ramsey shane matthews and danny wuerffel. He's a highly respected former wr and rb coach.

I would be on board with this....at least Favre knows his offense.

Have they worked together to before, or just the same scheme? I've been thinking Jags would be a good OC if him and Ryan had any type of connection, and if he has a relationship with Favre (if he stays) would be more reason to bring him on board.
