Just to go to the game for a moment: I get the feeling that these "non reviewable plays" are made up on the spot. Are you telling me that if he would have been ruled a safety or down at the one -- they would not have reviewed it to see if he actually stepped out? I find that hard to believe. Why was that play not reviewable? It was actually a huge play in the game.
