...and they will continue to be. An 11-5 season with all the injuries they've had is amazing. The Jets would have gone 2-14 with those kind of injuries. There is really no hope in the near future for the Jets to pass the Patriots in the AFC East.

Sad but true...They lose Brady and still finish with a better record then the Jets. We have a long way to go to catch up to them.

We just need Bill Cowher, or any coach that has the winning formula, to coach this team, and also, has great gameplans, and use the talent of the Jets well.

Shouldn't your name be NYJets4EverOnBottom then? I can't disagree with you though.

Agree. We can never close the gap because we are always at such a huge disadvantage in terms of coaching.

My name refers to the Jets being on top of my football world, not on top in terms of the sport itself. I wish my name could mean the latter though.

I Dont think so. They aren't going to the playoffs and they were beat by us and Miami. Then again lets not be blind. They did it without Tom Brady. Who we cant forget had arguably the best season for a QB ever just a year ago. They'll be back to dominance when Brady does. An if he's healthy, But this season it was the Dolphins who were the class and it was only fitting to our sad team to get put away by our long time QB who we let go for a legend. Sucks.......

They did it without their #1 QB, #1 RB, #1 Safety, arguably their best LB, as well as a few other injuries to starting caliber players. Could you imagine how bad we'd be without those Favre, Jones, Rhodes, Harris, Bowens, Law/Lowery, amongst others? God that would be sad to watch.

U mentioned Favre there...I think we would have atleast defeated Dolphins had it not been for him...and his pick six (A DL getting pick six??? how do u do that???)...and his 'lets catch the D off guard' int...and his lame deep throw int...
