Pats will stomp the Bills, just face it a win is sending the Patriots to another AFC East title, no Brady, no problem
Actually, I have to agree with the thread starter. I kept a positive attitude all season, but after witnessing last Sunday's game, I don't see any reason to hold out any more hope for this year. I'd say it's much more likely for the Ravens or Pats to take an L than it is for the Jets to come out with a W. All they had to do was get a little fire under them for one game - against the lowly Seahawks - and they came out looking as impotent, slow, and unispired as ever. I hate to have to give in to the gloom and doom, but fuck it, these guys have not given the fans anything to hold onto at this point. I hope they prove me wrong, but I'm certainly not holding my breath.
nah i'd say you lose because you clearly lack the ability to read or write, and the ability to use language effectively. plus you dont know what the word literacy means.
You are going down Sunday. You suck. You wear orange and teal even when the Dolphins aren't on the clothes. Terrible.
Okay, I realize that you are probably about 15 years old... or younger, because you wouldn't know what trying hard is, much less what it takes to get a 'full ride' to college. Maybe you're thinking of a 'full bus ride'.
Yeah. If he had any staying power, we could have stretched that one into the offseason. Which will probably start on Sunday.
Pressure game and remember Ravens and Patriots still have rookie QB's. Anything can happen. Hopefully the Jets will do their part at least and get the W. Hope they understand how to defend Pennington. The ball comes out pretty quick, I see no reason to play man to man. Stack the defense almost all within about 15 yards of the line of scrimmage. With his limited arm strength, he compensates with getting the ball out before the receivers make their breaks almost on every throw. I would like to see us bring pressure on nearly every down make him get rid of the ball before he wants to. Watch the QB. And break to the ball. Take your chances that he doesn't unload the deep ball. Have one deep safety just in case. But I think the best way to stop him is Cover 3 with one deep safety. Of course the only way this works is that our LB's have to tackle on first contact. That will be the test. He won't throw into a lot of coverage but is more the willing to take the 4-5 yard checkdowns. Don't just concede those. Let him work underneath and make the tackle. Chad is pretty good at avoiding the pressure from the sides, we need to bring the pressure up the middle, get in the passing lanes, and flush him to underneath DE's and LB's.
