(I know, I know -- if we cants stop Hill and Losman -- what makes us think that we can stop Seneca Wallace) Associated Press RENTON, Wash. - Starting quarterback Matt Hasselbeck will be the emergency third QB again this week, and Seattle Seahawks fans shouldn't expect linebacker Leroy Hill or offensive left tackle Sean Locklear to play either. Asked about their status today, coach Mike Holmgren said, "Grim, grim and grim." Also not practicing today were defensive back Jordan Babineaux, who got a concussion against the St. Louis Rams last Sunday, but is expected to play this week; and wide receiver Koren Robinson, who takes Wednesdays off to rest his chronic knee problem. Linebacker D.D. Lewis, who has started the past two games for Hill, was limited today to give him some rest. So Will Herring got the majority of snaps with the No. 1 defense this week. The Seahawks will face the New York Jets Sunday at Qwest Field in their final home game of the season.
who cares about our chances. we still gotta go out on the field and get it done, no matter who is playing and who's not. we gotta play the game.
Hopefully our dumb CS can put together a plan past the first 2 possessions. I know thats asking much, but by now they should realize that a football game is longer than the first quarter.
Be afraid. Be very afraid. I hate back ups. Although not a qb -- remember this back up. http://www.nfl.com/players/trungcanidate/gamelogs?id=CAN348169&season=2001
I'd rather face an injured Hasselbeck than a healthy Wallace. Hasselbeck hasn't been that good this year.
We have gotten our ass kicked by a bunch of backups this year. Doesnt matter who is throwin the ball. We need to get to him in a hurry....bottom line
