at this point im not opposed to a change in the coaching staff barring any miracle run at the end of the year. tannenbaum(sp?) must stay though. he is one of the better young gm's in the league right now.
Mangini and Tannenbaum are a tandem. Everything they decide, they agree on. To me, you keep both and let them build something here.
I am not going to really comment ad to how wrong the list is. All I am saying is it sure beats the squad that was out there last season at this time. We have a winning record with some good players and excitement. When all is well, this is a good team. You really seem down on lots of players.
i get that they are friends and everything, but when it comes down to business, i would hope that if given the option of being fired with mangini, or staying and continuing to build a team with a new coach tannenbaum would choose to stay.
I'll tell you where we go. Back to the Meadowlands and put a whooping on the Bills. Get the W and force Miami and NE to keep pace.
how are we going to be in worse shape then the pre kotite years. I stopped reading after that, moronic statement
brick faneca rhodes just to start is a nutty statement you mention a left tackle who you never here about which means he i splaying well faneca is going to canton and the safeties better then rhodes are hof fame possible players
Considering where this team was last year...I'm somewhat pleased with the improvement. I didn't think they were going to win six games this year..let alone eight. "Cleaning house" just sets them back further. Bringing cowher will cost anybody alot of money..and frankly if you bring him, you better have a GM who can help build this team in his likeness. Cowher was a great coach..but he had help putting that super bowl team together. I say roll with Tannenbaum and Mangini one more season. This year was progress. Let's see how much more we will see next year. Maybe we see some improvement in Gholston. Let see if they smarten up and get primo safety.
