Travis henry is availabe, hes only in his 5th year, and remember what he used to do to us twice a year in Buffalo, I think he is a solid back, and we should take him, what do you guys think? I would really like this, and hes not asking for much either, and C-mart has 1 year left in him Cedric Houston is not a franchiser and Derrick Blaylock is not consistent, and even is Cedric Houston becomes a Franchise RB, it always helps to have a 1-2 punch at RB, look at the steelers, they've had it for like 8 years.
look at this, its in alpabetical order, scroll down to H http://proxy.espn.go.com/nfl/fa?positionId=9
i dunno im not real intrested in another retread at the rb position we have blaylock for that. but thats just my opinion.. but i could be a little bias because i never been a big henry guy.
No need. Our present backfield, if used right, has a nice blend of skills. As long as Curtis does indeed have one more year in him, I say wait until next year before addressing the RB situation.
Curtis has (if lucky) 1 good year, we dont know, Derrick Blaylock is a faggot, we should take Travis, so we can have a 1-2 punch in Cedric Houston and Travis, Thunder and lightning.
neither houston nor henry are fast... in fact there the same kinda backs now that i think more about it except houston hits the hole harder. i rather just draft a fresh rb. not one who is gonna be 30 in 2 years.
As I mentioned in another post, Travis Henry was suspended for 4 games last season for a third violation of the league's substance abuse policy. He is one failed test away from a one year suspension. No way Mangini wanyts this guy. What's your beef with Blaylock?
unless white fails far in the draft and we have no choice to take him we are set at rb. we wont draft 1 or get 1 in fa
I can swear Henry restructured with the Titans. http://www.nflpa.org/Members/playerProfile.asp?ID=30064 confirms.
lol i agree with him too.. blaylock looks like the product of KC system imo. he looked orlandis gary whe he left denver all they knew how to do was run into there own lineman.
Travis=Cedric...I live close to buffalo and can tell you that they are similar backs. Both have good power, both are from Tenesee (kinda funny) and both are NFL bacups
We shouldn't go RB in Day 1 of the draft. Curtis may end up starting, but there is still young talent behind him. Derrick Blaylock is being forgotten about, but he shouldn't be. Cedric Houston especially should be given a chance as well.
