Yeah, there was a concert today.....What a joke. You want to be considered an elite team, and you put on a crap performance like this? It?s downright laughable. Forget the nonsense about bad weather and a loss like this builds character. The other team scored, and if you had character in the first place you would have showed it in a game like this. This team is a joke, and is one or two losses away from being out of the playoffs. A chance to solidify the AFC East, become an elite team and take complete control of their own destiny.....down the drain. Well, at least we have our dreams at night......
i hear the waambulance coming to tgg tonight. no team in the nfl has not had a bad game or two or three this season. by my count the jets have 2 bad losses. the first two losses of the season i chalk up to the entire team including the coaches getting used to all the new faces and how to use everyone correctly. oakland was a disgrace. today was a poor performance. everyone jumping off of the bridges seems to forget that denver is actually a decent team. the defense is no good but that offense is very good especially through the air. the jets biggest weakness is offenses that like to spread out and throw it all day. the broncos did it well today. the jets obviously didnt play their best game and the broncos played one of their better games of the season. its one loss. the team still leads the division. we control our destiny against four teams we should beat. the world did not end with the loss tonight. its just a speed bump along the way.
its sad isn't it. Its not like we lost to the Chiefs. If this was Oakland all over again I'd be pissed too. But this was one of the more rational losses the Jets have had all season. And yet the incessant ignorant complaining continues. Its really pathetic.
so did we. that is an awful argument. The Titans must suck because they lost to a team that lost to the Raiders at home and were the best in the AFC.... its so stupid to bring up old losses. They beat them, they lost to them, we lost to them........ it makes no sense to do that math.
It happens from time to time, last year in the Giants last November game they got humiliated at home vs. Minnesota. 2 years ago Indy lost 4 of their last 6 games, 3 years ago Pitt lost 3 straight in late nov-early Dec, 4 years ago NE lost to Miami in December. As long as this poor play doesn't continue this could wind up being a good thing.
