    On NBC, Collinsworth just said Jenkins is the front runner for Defensive MVP and in the mix for league MVP.

    Big statement!

    I think he's right on the money with Defensive MVP. Might be a bit of a reach for league MVP, but could happen due to a lack of a dominant offensive player on a top 5 team.

    But that's not the best thing he said tonight. He came right out and said, "The Jets are the best team in the AFC right now!"

    There are 2 threads about this and they are exactly the same. But i say Jenkins deserves it and no one should merge them.
