yeah divisional opponents fighting for first trumps two division leaders. either way the nfl would have had a good game for sunday night but not moving the jets and broncos makes sense.
Then how does that explain San Diego-Indianapolis where neither team is in first place or in the same division? They are the Sunday Night game this week. Miami - New England fits better as an important divisional game.

ahhhhh...young Jedi...Learned in the ways of the NFL you are not. The Refs are going to bend the Jets over seven ways to Sunday, to keep the interest in Tennessee going. It's very unseemly to do it in front of a national audience. Tenn. is a very good team. However the Jets just hung 31 on NE. +40 on a bad St. Louis team, Went up to Buffalo and beat a decent Buffalo team. Hung 50 on Arizona. Now..Go look at the Ten. sked, and tell me, Who have they beat? Vegas has the line as Tenn -6....(now we all know the line is predicated on human behavior, rather than reality...) The Jets are 6 points better than Tenn..easily.
Probably because the Jets wasted a 2nd round pick on him, and they don't want to feel stupider than they already were for making that move.
Harris had groin surgery right (least talk about injury ever?). If he is back, think he will be 100%.
And why would Mike T or Mangini feel "stupider" for a move that they had nothing to do with? or could it possibly be that they see Nugent as the long term answer at kicker while Feely is too hot at the moment to bench?
