Ty Warren is one name that seems to be getting called quite frequently when the pats play us. Im happy as shit right now. We got this!
how can we not win this game? c'mon fellas....please dont let there be 400 "same old jets" threads tomorrow.
Patriots inactive list Patriots Nov. 13 - 7:09 pm et Patriots declared DE Ty Warren, LB Eric Alexander, OL Wesley Britt, RB LaMont Jordan, CB Lewis Sanders, OLB Adalius Thomas, CB Terrence Wheatley, and third QB Matt Gutierrez inactive for Thursday night's game. Warren's absence is major, as he is New England's best pass rusher on the line. Richard Seymour could now see more attention on the defensive left side. Deltha O'Neal and Ellis Hobbs start on the corners, with O'Neal probably covering Jerricho Cotchery and Hobbs mostly on Laveranues Coles. Source: Boston Globe
Lamont Jordan is inactive too. So we know we won't have to witness him bowling over our D in the 4th quarter like last time.
its looks like it, but nothing is ever on a silver platter for the Jets, especially when playing the Pats...
that's why i'm a little apprehensive. The Pats are losing starters left, right and center...and the Jets are going in...pretty much at full strength (minus Harris of course)..... the deck is stacked in our favour so much so....that if we lose....it won't be just another loss...it'll be catastrophic....it will be awhile before this team is taken seriously again. I'll still root for them of course...but with a bag over my head. enough of the negativity though.....if Favre keeps the turnovers down and the defense is stout....we'll whip these clowns.
Ty Warren Inactive tonight Per PFT: Among the Patriots? inactive players for Thursday night?s game against the Jets is defensive lineman Ty Warren. Warren will miss the game with a groin injury. We wonder whether the guy who recently called Jets coach Eric Mangini ?Fredo? this week will still be able to take Mangini fishing after the game. The good news for the Pats is that running back Sammy Morris (knee) will play. This is good news, let the game begin!
Glad to see Jay Feely in there instead of Nugent. I figured that's the way it would go. Feely is hot and Nugent hasn't been in a game in quite awhile, so talk about a possible Nugent return made me nervous.
I can't fathom how this year could have played out so that it feels like the Pats are underdogs tonight. Warren being out is huge, now I think the Jets will able to run effectively.
