    It's only a tie if you ignore the tiebreakers mate. Even if they lose, they are one we are two, there is no tied about it.

    nope. We are one.

    Head to head doesn't come into play with a 3 way tie.

    Besides, HTH doesn't matter that much right now. No one owns a HTH tiebreaker because there's a game left with the opponent.

    If the Cheats lose, Jets are in first place if you consider the tiebreakers. Since I ignore them right now, it would be a three way tie.

    the odds are good that there won't be a three way tie for the division when the season ends, but in that event, divisional record is the first tiebreaker.

    Jets 2-1
    Cheatriots 1-1
    Bills 0-2
