Jaws was the one that said Kellen Clemens was the best QB in that draft. How much stock can we put in what he says. Even though he's right(about the next 3 games).
Does anyone really care what "jaws" thinks? (Keep in mind, the only time he probably watched the Jets all season was in the Monday night meltdown in SD - A game in which early turnovers put them in a whole they never could recover from)
I've never really understood why people on this board get so bent out of shape by what national media people have to say about the Jets. All of those people are clueless and constantly make stupid and verifiably wrong statments that they have to go back on a week later. The Sports media in this country (actually the media, in general) is a complete joke. They never have any accountablity for what they say or write. Remember after week 3 when the cowboys were 3-0 and people were talking about them going undefeated and being the best team in the NFL. Well guess what, it's week 9 and the lousy JETS have a better record then them. Relax people, if the Jets win 10 games and are in the playoffs, the national media will have to show them respect. Don't get all bent out of shape about what some half-retarded, ESPN moron has to say about your team halfway through the season.
At the risk of getting stoned ... someone should defend Jaws: that's the way I see it too. The way things look right now, the Jets are the easiest of the Titans next 4 games.
Yeah the Jets struggled against the Chiefs, but clearly you have not watched the Bears or Jags. Jacksonville looks atrocious this year and they have no receiving corp. Why The Bears are mediocre at best. The Jets are just as good as any of them. Hell I like Jaws this is the same man thats been saying for years the Eagles are gonna win the super bowl. Even Eagles fans laugh at him for that.
Clemens has the physical tools to be very successful in the NFL. It seems to me at least that his problems are 100% mental, and maybe another 25% coaching... Jaws is an expert, and a very good one at that! :up:

So you are saying that Clemens is the Justin Miller of QBs? I totally agree on the second point...Jaws is the best NFL analyst out there. He provides relevant insight based on his "inside" knowledge of the game, but doesn't come across arrogant. Great at breaking individual plays down as well.
we beat mia, kc, ari & cincy. these 4 teams have a combined record of 7-21. plus we lost oakland (2-5) sd (3-5) and NE (5-2) we didnt even play anybody good yet. we played NE with cassel in his 1st start. we need to get things going here. so far this team has underachieved in my opinion. BUT we are 4-3
I have not watched the Jags, but I have watched the Bears. At least when I've seen them, they look better than the Jets. And I think I am in the majority of that opinion, if you look at power rankings etc (it's not just Jaws), you are the one who sees them differently.
