I really hope this coaching staff gets a fucking HUGE helping of humble pie.

They think they're so fucking smart and clever. Stubborn to a point where they won't do what will work. (i.e. running the ball against the Chiefs, spreading the field and running the ball vs. the Raiders)

I like Mangini as a discipline guy, I like his no nonsense approach, but the guy thinks he is so freaking smart and won't just do simple game plans that will work. I hate this shit, just do the simple things that work. Its really not that difficult.
