What a trade 2 star WRs, This tandem might be the best WR core in the league. I still think the cowboys are gonna make the playoffs despite all the turmoil that is going on.

Just watch him contemplate the bust of Homer.

Yea LOL it's like I don't value it's TRUE meaning.

The sad thing is I knew someone would try to play on that and I put "potential" in there...goes to show you can punch a hole in anything right?

And Abyz, why would the Jets be in cap trouble? We just spent 2+ years getting out of cap hell, why go through it again? Oh...cause we spent last offseason?

Now there are two Roy Williams on the team.

    Cowboys Huddle:

    TO: Gimme the Ball!
MB3: How about a run, once in a while?
Roy: No, give me the ball!
Brad: You don?t even know the system!
    Roy: You don?t either!
    Felix: And what about me?
    All: Who are you?
Brad: Shut up! OK, Ace-Right Tango Double Cross!
Witten: Nice, I?m open on that!
Brad: No, you block on that!
    Witten: Come on, max-protection again?
TO: Then get me the ball.
    Brad: Let?s go ready-break!

pffft. Delay of game, 5 yard penalty repeat 1st down.

Really? I don't think so... Though it will be a first rounder, its gonna be at best around 25th. The Boys would probably go deep into the playoffs. Giving up a 25th overall, an 80th overall and a 180 overall is not bad at all for a proven pro bowler that really had no support in Detroit.

This is great news for Cowboys. Living in Dallas, Im a big fan of the Cowboys. Though Romo is out for a few wks, its not like Roy was gonna master the playbook the first wk. Brad Johnson is'nt too bad of a backup. They have 2 pro bowl WRs, one PB TE, one PB RB, one PB QB, and Felix Jones, who is averaging like 8 yards a carry. That offense can potentially dismantle any defense...

Trust me, TO would be glad Roy is there. Can teams really afford to double both the WRs n then have Witten n Barber/Felix up their throats every play? I think its the start of two great WRs in Dallas...if Romo ever gets back that is...

Crayton cost the Cowboys a game against the Giants in the playoffs. Not that Roy will catch everything he is ever thrown to, but more than likely, he'll catch more and get open more.

Miles Austin is much better than Crayton. Crayton drops too many, one which cost the cowboys a shot at the super bowl.

Romo, Witten and Roy Williams are all 27. Once resigned this gives them a good core in the passing game for a several years. TO is 34. He may a few few left in him if that. Not a bad move at all. Expensive, but not bad.

Cowboys agreed with Roy Williams on a five-year, $45 million extension. More than $20 million is guaranteed, according to Chris Mortensen.

    Holic Cow!

The Cowboys are primed to fall. That is way to much to give up. This is the last year the cowbots will be a top team.

They still have a ton of picks in the upcoming draft, and have a ton of talent under contract. I don't see where you get that from.

I honestly think that there will be no more salary cap if the owners have their say in the matter. But there's always the possibility.

Crayton was the worst #2 receiver in the league. They desperately needed to make this move.

    I still think Dallas overpaid.

regardless if they have a lot of picks it is still a tremendous amount to give up. Regardless of how much room they have under cap, its a tremendous amount of money. 1st, 3rd and 6th for a receiver is absolutely ridiculous. Ridiculous
