    Another darksider...bug off...!

I guess u didnt see that play. He was covered pretty good and probably would have had the passed knocked out had he caught it.

I also guess you did'nt see that 3rd down catch stretching both hands horizontally while run straight...One of the best catches of the day.

As a Favre convert I'm still pretty new to these Jets' receivers. But so far I'm not really impressed by Coles. He's good of course, but I expect better from the way people talk about him. Hopefully that'll change by the end of the year.

I agree in part with this, but I also think he's still getting used to a Favre throw ball. Gotta remember that these aren't Chad Pennington thrown balloons landing softly in the WR's hands. (or getting them laid out...)

I think Coles is a #1 WR in this league... anyone else agree?

Even great receivers drop balls now and then. This wasn't a gimme either, he had the defensive back on his back as he was going for the ball and the throw was just good not great. If Coles had been lead by another foot he catches that one with no problem and nothing the defensive back could do about it but interfere.

All of that said, I'll bet Coles wishes he had that one back again because I think he catches it probably 75% of the time.

I hope so. He's had some pretty big drops but he's also had some really nice catches. Hopefully that'll be narrowed down to only really nice catches by the end of the year :)

So how many TD passes that have been put right on his hands has he dropped this year? 3 or 4?

That ball has to be cought and it puts the game away right than.

I agree Winston, that ball was right in his hands, no excuses catch tha ball, as was the 1st down pass he dropped later on, you don't see Cotchery dropping these type passes...
