    I really cannot believe how far Jon Lester has come in the last 2 years. I mean the guy has been consistently in the mid 90's so far tonight. He looks absolutely nothing like he did in '07. He's bigger, throws harder, and has very, very good command. It has truly been amazing to watch this guy develop.

    For some reason Terry Francona hates Sean Casey. He's consistently refused to use him this year, and it's the only thing Francona does that I have a major issue with.

    EDIT: Amazing play by Pedroia to end the top of the 3rd.

    I'd say this is likely the Angels season here in the 8th because they will not beat Papelbon
