    The BoSox need to extend Okajima a few more years, he's been solid in October the last 2 years.

    He had an option for next year automatically picked up due to appearances earlier in the year, so he's back for at least one more.

    Yeah, that 2.61 ERA and 1.16 WHIP were just awful. :rolleyes:

    Thats all you do is look up stats. Oki has given up runs when the game was close and blew leads. bottom line...The man had his up's and downs this year.

    So has every single reliever in baseball. And every hitter. It's part of the game. But overall, he's been very, very good. As for just looking up stats (even though it's not true, since I've watched a good 85%-90% of the innings the Sox have played this year), maybe you should try it sometimes. Don't you ever get tired of embarrassing yourself?

    This game is HUGE for the Red Sox! If the Angels can take this game in Boston tonight followed by a game 4 win...Watch out because the Angels will take em out in game 5!
