There's a HUGE difference in being wrong about a perfectly reasonable prediction that was made based on a comparison to a recent team and with the facts in mind (facts such as nearly identical statistical rankings between the two teams) and being wrong about elementary principles of baseball like you often are. I can't see the future, but I'd make the same comparison every single time.
What kind of comparison would you make with the Red Sox bullpen this year? I would say maybe the Rays bullpen of 07? Maybe not that bad, but how bad would you say?
How? Players can wear larger jerseys and hug the plate, and it effectivly eliminates the inner half of the plate because the batters jersey might get dirty.
