well if the article is right and he is being tested 9 times a month he isn't smoking pot at the moment.
I know right. It's no where near as bad as alcohol and tobacco and it doesn't help him on the football field so I don't see what the big problem is.
The problem is that the NFL is extremely image-conscious and most teams are owned by rich old businessmen who hobnob with politicians and don't want their product to be construed as a den of lawbreakers. The moment that weed is legalized, that rule disapears.
