I'm not so sure about that. Flipping Beltran and Murphy is not a big deal - their OBP and SLG numbers are pretty similar, and Beltran is faster. Putting Martinez in the 6 hole is just another instance of him "riding the hot hand"; he's not really that hot, but Manuel's history is to pay too much attention to one big at bat and ignore the unsuccessful ones. I still have to think that Castro is hurting, given how little he's played lately, so putting him after Church isn't necessary that significant either.
