NY Titans jerseys on Sunday?

    I thought before the season I read somewhere that we are going to be wearing the NY Titans jerseys for the game on Sunday. Is this true?

    I hate this, I took my Son to his first game last year and it was a against Philly when they wore the Titans jerseys and I was going to take him Sunday but I'd like to see him see the team in green instead of the Titans jerseys but it's all baout money so they can seel new merchandise to the fans.

    Yeah it was supposed to be against the Patriots, but they switched it to the Cards game. I like em, but they really shouldn't wear them more than once a season...

    I agree. They look awful and it crazy having the fans in the stands wearing something different.

    I Saw some film of the Jets practicing yesterday on ESPN and they were wearing the Titans Helmets and Blue sweat pants. So I think there coming out.

    I don't know what the big deal is. Its part of our heritage and will always be there.

    I hate these unis, they're dark and dull. The Jets are green.

    I dislike them and can see no reason to wear them other than to squeeze more dollars out of the fans. The Titans connection with the Jets is at best tenuous, a new team was created by Sonny Werblin and the Jets organisation in the mid 60's and our colours are green. I can see the point in trotting out the old solid green uni with Jets on the helmet in 10 years time but this is just another marketing stunt. We used them last year lets leave it there.

    I agree. Do the Sack Exchange era unis if you want throwbacks. At least that looks like the Jets and a lot more people remember it. They sell those now at the games too, probably a matter of time before they break those out. If it replaces this Titan crap it would be a good thing.
