Cannot remember but I think it was in one of the NY papers after we acquired him. Want to say Cimini but not sure on that
Well you told me to look up his panthers history so I did and that is what I found. I'd appreciate it if you would share any info you have about prior back injuries.
And in your constant criticism of every Jets move every day for all these months, you never shared this breaking news about Jenkins' back with us until now? Once again you are a master of the obvious only after it happens.
Big deal so he has not missed start & now you are desperate enough to defend one of the most medicore players on the team. In fact if he was not the 4th overall pick of the draft by Manfini he would most likely be riding the bench right now beacise he can neither run or pass block. You did see how he got run around on that BF sack now did you not
I've been doing a little research and have found that Jenkins has had an ankle injury, knee injury, and shoulder injury that kept him out of games in 04 and 05 but cannot find any prior evidence of a back injury. It does appear that Jenkins is injury prone.
Specially that sack I think 3rd qtr? Did you C how he was run around? H'mm if he had so much time to chuck that rock why is he hobbling today with a sore ankle. QBs with mucho time do not come up with sore ankles
We had to pass 42 times and the Chargers knew we had to pass. Three sacks is nothing, overall Brick did a good job as he's been doing.
Not to change the subject as it is clear that that Champ fellow is an obstinate one, but while Favre had a fair amount of time on average, the receivers were not getting good separation. Add in that int that Cromartie basically stole from Coles, and concerns about our receiver corps from the off season are certainly sounding realistic. Predictions have been made the Coles is going to step up his game, but that TD last night does not change that he has not really done so yet.
Agreed, although Coles has been better in each game so far after missing the pre-season. But none of this is a reflection on Brick, which champ only wants to discuss to change the subject from his claim that Jenkins has a history of back injuries the Jets should have known about.
I dont buy this "Favre was ploy to sell psls crap" Not fully anyway. Maybe that was a side bonus to picking him up, but you dont think the to front office thought that he would be a huge upgrade, its Brett Favre for christ sakes. If it were only a ploy to sell psl's they would obviously know he would stink with us, resulting in not selling and psl's anyway.
