While there ARE 27k seats that are exempt from PSLs, the seats will be offered to Season Ticket Holders based on seniority. In other words, the longest tenured Ticket Holder will have first pick of the rest of the seats in the house.

So, not only are you losing your tickets, but the 'younger' Season Ticket Holders may be priced out of the building.

    Sucks.

And, normally I hate Francesa, but he makes a really good point re: price increases being beyond unreasonable! He really sticks it to this douche!

PSLs suck and the fan that wants to attend a game is getting screwed. Like death and taxes, this is the way it is and there is no avoiding the PSL. It's not the PSl that ticks me off. It is the cost of the ticket going up so much.

I think Francesa hit the nail on the head. For those PSL's at $25K a seat plus (plus $7K ticket prices per year) it is just amazing. Think about it - over thirty years that's $235K per seat. Factor in the knowledge that you know that the $7K per year is surely going to grow over the years and the price of four tickets you could by a nice house (with mortgage). Obviously (as others have previously stated), these will only be going to corporations or guy making at least $250K a year that don't have college tuition to worry about.
