So Let me get this straight the Raiders are better than the Colts, Texans, Browns, Bungles, Hawks, Lions?
I think you miss the main difference between the Colts and Raiders. The Colts are not doing well due to injuries and rust. Manning missed training camp with an injury and is out of sync with Harrison. TE Dallas Clark has been hurt along with several OL. But all of these problems are fixable. Manning, Harrison, Clark and the OL will all come back into form in short order. A few weeks of practice is all they need. And their bye week is week 4 so they can get it together then. They've done well for too many years not to. Teams like the Raiders do poorly because they are not good. Outside of their RB, there's no talent on the Raiders. Russell looks like one of the worst QB in the game last week. Even with last year's experience, he's still playing like a rookie. Their defense is horrible. And the head coach is about to be fired. So Oakland is just not going to "bounce back". They are bad now and will stay bad for a long time.
Well said. Manning is rusty, he played Sunday without his center or Left Tackle, Addai is hurting, Clark out.....and they still won against a pretty good team.
All that going against the Colts and they are still 6th in passing yards in the NFL. Imagine what they'll be like when even a few of these guys get healthy.
Three of the Jets last five victories, have come against the Miami Dolphins. Unfortunately for the Jets, they play Miami only one more time. Don't expect too many more wins this season. Hey at least you will only own the Greenbay Packers a third round draft choice.
Hey jeaux, are you still going to be posting this year when the Raiders break the NFL record for most consecutive seasons with double-digit losses?
I don't expect that to be the case this year. But there are some that believe I dissapeared after the Bronco embarrassing loss. Some people know that was not the case , but that still hasn't stopped some from claiming I wasn't here.
I forgot to mention Ryan Lilja too, their best guard is out as well. And now Bob Sanders is out again....
Well the Chiefs would Disagree with that statement. chiefs look like superbowl contenders against the Patriots the week before. Only to get slapped down to reality the following week against the Raiders. Chad Pennington look like an NFl Qb versus the Jets defense. Only to get benched the following week against a real defense. L Jordan who wasn't even Raiders fourth best Rb, was running through Jets defense like a knife going through warm butter.

The JETS, and RAIDERS have 1 thing in common. Both have POTENTIAL Jets have the POTENTIAL to win more games Raiders have the POTENTIAL to lose more games.
