Cassel will have couple of picks, one while he's trying to make a comeback in the end. Casse will throw less than 200 yards, one TD completing around 50% Maroney will get a crack at a our D but will fall short in reaching 100 yards rushing. Moss will have a bad game and will be pissed at Bernard after the game (and start calling his play to be intentional and planned in pre season) Jets will beat the $&%@ out of Patriots and will win like 34-20 Favre will get 250 yds, 2 TDs, no pick Jones will rush for 100plus yds on 20+ carries Cotchery will have two big plays Coles will s*ck Pennington's $%^& after the game. Lowery might get man handled by Wes Welker (sorry). Welker 100yd game.
Agreed....more pressure......and not by selling out on all our blitzes....we need the pressure players to create pressure by beating the blockers, not by overloading with blitzers.
These 2 points interest me. With Chad in Arizona and Laveranues in New York, will one travel to the other's place or will they meet in the middle? Maybe in Miami? The other point, I doubt that. Welker can man handle Lowery if Brady was throwing to him though.
Jets win 21-17. Stop the run, and we win. case closed. special teams comes up big, either for us, or against us.
Today will be Dustin Keller's coming out party and Favre and Coles will hit up for a big time connection, and of course Calvin Pace will be this weeks Defensive stud for the Jets. 8 tackles, 1 ff, 1 sack and 2 passes Defensed are the predicted numbers.
I don't know about predictions but here's what I hope. Cassel gets so beat up that his parents try to come on the field to protect their son and they in turn also get pummeled. And I hope during the postgame handshake Mangini fakes the handshake and then rips Belichecks heart out Mortal Kombat Kano style.
The Jets will get another 50-yard-or-longer completion. Favre will throw his first int as a Jet. The Pats run game will get less than 75 yards.
The JEts will win the battle of the trenches. -Thomas Jones will rush for over 80+ yards -Leon Washington will rush for 30-40 yards -The Jets will keep Maroney under 60 yards on the game -David Harris will be a monster today...15+ Tackles -Coles will have his breakout game with Favre today
Yeah...The Patriots will look lost on offense without Tom Brady... Jets defense will have 4 or more sacks Jets will pick off Cassell 2 or more times
You truly believe that, that is the scary thing .. Did BB and his boys forget to coach? ... (respond with Belli's record without Brady .. 3...2..1..)
Thanks man. Just add more fuel to their fire for trash talking after we blow a 10 point 4th quarter lead. Why can't we just be cautiously optimistic..?
Baker will have a good game to justify the extension and to get the guaranteed money and Gholston will have his first sack. Jets win 24-17
