How did you discover The Gang Green?

I actually found it being advertised on some web page I forget what site though

 

I came across it as a link in some other message board many years ago. I've checked it out and looked around the site many times in the past, but figured now was as good a time as ever to become more involved in such a good site.

 

Found it through Google; was so excited about the Favre trade that I felt I had to share it. :beer:

 

I finally got so tired of newyorkjets.com I searched for a good message board and I cannot believe how good this site is! Thank you Administrators and posters for creating this awesome site!!

 

you have no idea...this site kicks ass. Check out the BS forum too, its a laid back forum where youre likely to make some friends.

 

the day after brien missed the field goal in pittsburgh i had to vent my anger so i had to find a forum of the jets to curse this team out

I heard about The Gang Green on The Pack Rats forum. I got so sick of the Favre bashing over there that I decided to check things out here. I will always be a Packer fan,but I really hate TT. I will also always be a Brett Favre fan,and I am starting to really like this forum also.

 

As soon as Brett got screwed by the Packers I came looking for a Jet forum and this was the first one I clicked on after a Google search. Great to be here !!!

 

I discovered this site shortly after Brett Favre was traded to the Jets. Hopefully this will be a great season for the Jets.

 

This has become my new Jet home, since March or so. I used to post at jetsinsider but the mods there are a bunch of circle the waggons hypocrites, and I got banned by an insecure and arrogant mod named Warfish.

This place is far better.

 

new Jets fan here. Packer fan ... not so much any more. I knew of the site but really never had a reason to register because the pack rarely if ever played the Jets. I normaly would post on Packerchatters.com ( a great site), but because of the increasing amount Favre bashing trolls , combined with the fact that criticism of Ted Thompson was heavily frowned upon by the site owner and moderators I no longer post there.

In short I google'd Jet's forums and GangGreen popped up.

 

stumbled upon it. I googled Jets and kept scrolling. I love this board.

 

I Googled Jets Forum and this was the first one, and now I can see why!

 

I'm an Aussie Jets fan and was looking for somewhere to improve my knowledge of the game, and chat to some die hard fans!

Unfortunately on "free-to-air" television in Australia we only get 2-3 games a week, and it seems most of those aren't Jets game.

There is more shown on Foxtel (our version of cable), but alas I don't have that.

So I hope I can get my Jets fix here!

 

Nice to have a new Aussie. There was well over 20 of us here at one time.

I remember joining when Herm took the helm, or was it before then. Not too sure.

I do remember, however, that we all had to sign up over again in 2002 after the server died or something.

I'm the same way with you. Those stupid TT supporters drove me away. I can't wait for the packers to get cream this year so ppl can see how much of an idiot TT really is.
