If you are not going to the game lets here what everyones going to be doing to watch the Jets season kickoff! Where are you going, and what are you eating and drinking... Staying home watching it on the big screen LCD TV in HD. Got a case of Coronas and tons of wings and mozz sticks from Costco... :jets::jets::jets::finssuck::finssuck:
I'll be home, watching it on my HDTV in my room with my dad. I'll be posting in the game thread also. Tostitos Scoops w/ Salsa, and maybe even some wings. I'm really pumped for tomorrow.
i am sick(fever etc) , so i'll be watching from my bedroom and drinking lots of water a Jets win will cure me for sure
Hmm... I didn't even think about having anything special for the Jets game. I did have a giant burrito for the first game of the season though (Giants vs. Redskins). I guess I'll probably at least get pizza and wings, except its on at 10am over here on the west coast and I'm not even sure places are open that early... I'll be watching it on my 42" Plasma in HD while wearing my Mangold jersey.
After 40 years of being a Jets fan I've learned to: -Make sure I take my blood pressure pills -Have nothing but soft items around me -Remove loved ones and pets from the immediate area Seriously, nothing more than my laptop to keep things up to date, my 65" screen, no beer till halftime as the game starts at 10AM out here, and the surround sound kickin' ass.
ill be in my living room buying it on the new tv i bought today...took a long run today to make up for 11 straight hours of watching the football/tennis
As long as the dish doesn't blow off the top of my house, I'll be home with the Ticket going in HD. After the Jet game I'll get to flipping around more.

I will be heading home with my friend from school and watching the game with my family. We went on a big tuna fishing trip just last weekend so we are having tuna steak before the game Should be a good time.
well the first twin is out of the NICU and hom etonight. Tomorrow is gonna be a little dicey. The wife knows I will be watching the game in its entirety and in reletive peace. At some point I will have to go to the hospital and see the other twin and also at home have to change a diaper or two wit the first twin.
My family and I are going over to our friends house. I have been informed that I must stay calmer during the game and not start throwing shit at their TV nor cursing uncontrollably at the refs, nor can I condemn to hell the opposition. Nor am I allowed to simulate being in the huddle and then run a play in the living room nor attempt to block a field goal or extra point. I expect we are going to have a great time!!!
Since I have work off and have to work 1st thing Monday morning, I will be enjoying this day as much as possible and just stuff myself with chips, soda pop and what not. Not healthy sure but so is being a Jets fan. I have waited too long for tomorrow, I am happy to get to watch it.
I have a baseball playoff game at 1:30pm! How shitty is that. My plan is to tivo the Jets game, Cowboys game, and Colts game and watch them one after another when I get home. Not the way week 1 of the NFL should be watched, but what can you do...

Depending what happens tonight with my friend who is a girl, I'll either be watching here at home or sleeping in her bed.
Wake up, have sex with wife. Shower, leave house for sports bar. Pick up girlfriend on way. Create my own 'half time show' in the back seat of my car. Finish watching game, drop g/f off. Go home. Wake up, have sex with my wife, read headlines "Jets make Miami feel "Favre" from home. Have more sex with wife.
