Sorry to say... This is a yawn for me, since... When you live in NYC? All you receive are the Jets & Giants games. Hey, I am glad for all of you out-of-town NYJ fans, but you know. There's a reason I still live here. One big reason is that I get the local sports news... (Special shout-out to all the losers who still think I am a Pats' troll! Sorry to disappoint you again)
Dude, where's myu car? Ha ha! Easy for a bartender from FLORIDA to say. Hey, shouldn't you be rooting for the Bucs or the 'Fins or one o' those FLA college teams, since you live all the way down there? Me, I live here in NYC. So you should know where my loyalties are. (Then again, you're a Florida guy who roots for the Jets? I think maybe you're less reliable than me!)
Sure.. Of course nobody moves in the US..We are all well rooted in the state we are born in. Try again.
WTF someone explain to me why San Diego gets Patriots and the rest of Cali, and well everyone else gets Jets? I see the connection everywhere else, like Alabama getting Chiefs-Pats due to Brodie Croyle, but I can't for the life of me figure out why San Diego, CA is the only place in like a 1500 mile radius getting Pats. Off to the sports bar I guess.
Sounds like maybe you live in San Diego... Well, don't despair... Isn't there a good sports bar in your neighborhood?
Ha ha! Well, I AM a drunk, so I just can't relate to that. Anyhow, you can always buy a soda or two and eat some bar food. WTF, you might make a friend or two. Not everyone who hangs out in bars is a drunk (like me!)... Thing is, you should not feel pressured to drink just because you are in a bar. That's not what bars are here for.
Someone must be looking out for me. The wife got me NFL network last year so we could see everyone of the Packer Games thinking it would be Brett's last season. Can't afford it this year but thanks to CBS, almost every Jets game. WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!!!
Yep 43 years & counting. I bet I have been a NYJ fan longer then 50% of the posters in TGG have even been on this earth
And they were playing on turf, which Lott and Monk weren't used to. Hopefully a 38-year-old Favre who is used to the soft grass of Lambeau field will take to the hard turf at the Meadowlands. Why the Meadowlands, of all places, can't have grass is beyond me. I know they used to, but every other stadium seems to do it with no problem.
