Practice Squad announced

    If the Jets wanted to sign bender to their PS, they needed to wait for him to clear waivers. In order for him to clear waivers, the other 31 teams in the league needed to have passed on him; the waiver order is determined by a teams record from last year until week 5 I believe (The Dolphins are first on the list and the Patriots last).

    I believe that's how it works.

    I'm glad to see that Ihedigbo made the PS. I liked him.

    Glad we kept Caulcrick. I think he could contribute in time.

    I agree--I think eventually he could be a goalline back for somebody, kind of like Bettis.

    GOod thing we kept Caulcrick......so long as nobody takes him....when RIchardson calls it quits we'll need a big guy and he can run it too

    thanks for posting--2 MORE WRs on practice squad???? No wonder we kept 4 QBs since there are 9 WRs at practice

    Wow Bender knows quite a bit. The spying continues. I thought James Ihedigbo made a lot of mistakes I didnt think he'd make it.

    If I remember correctly he was never on the field, after the preseason fiasco he was on the inactives for the rest of the year.

    I looked it up, he was active for all of 2 games.

    Pats backup OL are teh suck. So he could stick for the season.
