B'way, I have to say you might be off target here on this one. He looked fine on the sidelines. At the very least, he looks waaay happier than Coles (whose act is beginning to really piss me off).

BR4...: Are you a glass half empty guy or what? Somebody frowns and you can read his mind? Quit worrying.

I probably watched Favre on the sidelines more than I did the game last night at the stadium and he looked just fine to me. He was ALWAYS talking to someone, whether it was Kellen, the O-line, Ratliffe. He was always talking and was always in the middle of every QB huddle up with coaches.

And did anyone catch the scene after Favre threw the TD pass to Keller? It was like a bunch of little kids jumping all over daddy.

He was fine. He was either talking to teammates or listening to plays. Its not like he was rolling his eyes and stomping his feet.

In other more important news, I wasn't looking very happy in my seat. I hoofed it around NYC after a great party earlier in the day, and my feet hurt. I felt like I ate a bowl of drugs when Favre came out in a Jets jersey. After that, I took off my boots off and rubbed my feet together. Ah, much better...

Br4dw4y5ux does nothing for this forum, all he does it stir up negative remarks. I dont know about everyone else, but im down right sick of it. We're all Jets fans here, and we've all been through hell and back the last 30+ years, but do us all a favor and keep the negative comments to yourself.

Get ready for the responses from the negative crew. Bradaway, Champ, and Don come in to give the obligatory "we'll see how you feel after 40 years and no SB championships for the NYJs".

Football is fun. Football with Brett Favre is a whole lot more fun. If you're gonna pick something negative at least have your pick be something on the field.

Br4dw4y5ux is the Frankenstein of Gang Green. We should get him before he gets the village. Meet me with a torch and pitchfork behind the Applebees at midnight.

He's simply the most Bi-polar fan out here. After 2006 he wanted to give Mangini a 15 contract. Now he wants him drawn and quartered. You can tell he's a fan, but a very wildly emotional and non logical one.

I don't agree with not airing negative comments, but they have to be constructive and have some basis in common sense. the post that started this thread was ridiculous and brought absolutely nothing to the table.

I was licking Mangini's butt day one. You know what as optimistic as I'am about this season last year did put doubt in my mind. Do I really have confidence in Sutton not screwing up Gholston for a year or two or Shot getting the most out of Favre?

I'm biased I like Bradway Sucks always have, don't always agree with him but there is logic behind most of his posts. This one I think misses the mark, I would have prefered him bashing Gholston and Leon and the fact that Bubba dropped one beautiful pass that Clemens dropped on him but I have a sunshiny rep to maintain.

Yea, Bradway is not a bad guy I agree, I just tend to swing less wildly from happy to angry. Some of his post can be dead on while others defy all attempts at reason, the one at the top of this thread comes to mind as one of the latter.
