Years from now when someone mentions Favre, theyll talk about all of his amazing stats and wins and rings, with the Packers..and then theyll have to say, oh and he played a little with the Jets too. And I hate that.

Brett Favre is a Green Bay Packer.. Favre should have stayed retired, and been one of the greatest players of all time, with the Packers!

For the old timers, do you like when you catch a picture of Namath in a Rams jersey?

I dont know how to explain it.. I guess I enjoy loyalty. I remember a quote from Pat Tillman saying he wouldnt leave the Cardinals, even for more money, because they were the team that had faith in him to draft him. Cotchery has mentioned this idea also.

With that said, I hope Favre comes in and wins of course. All while teaching Clemens the ropes. Maybe this wasnt thread worthy, but I feel like im alone with this feeling and wanted to express it.

Reggie White went from the Eagles to the Packers, won a Super Bowl and is cherished by both franchises.

I mean this in the nicest possible way: your argument is retarded.

This is a business. Nothing wrong with what Favre did. Or what the Pakcers did, really.

    It's not a big deal.

Michael Jordan (Wizards), Tony Dorsett (Broncos), Johnny Unitas (Chargers), Reggie White (Panthers), Emmitt Smith (Cardinals), Jerry Rice (Seahawks and Broncos), Bruce Smith (Redskins), Tim Brown (Buccaneers), Jim Hart (Redskins), Isaac Bruce (49ers), Babe Ruth (Braves), Willie Mays (Mets), etc.

He never really hurt the Jets, so I'm all for it. That said if I ever saw Marino or Brady in a Jet jersey I'd kill myself.
