Yeah, Joba's going to risk putting the tying run on and getting thrown out of the game, all over his "nemesis" Youkilis.

Even Remy said there was no intent. Youk needs to get over himself.

had he been hit with that one, I dont think he could have charged the mound:eek:hmy: I dont think there was intent..unless the intent was to brush his ass off the plate...either way- no harm no foul

Play a little deeper, Abreu. Jesus. Don't make this harder than it should be.

seems awfully convenient everytime a fastball is thrown at Yuk's head there isn't intent...yet three games in a row Joba the hutt has thrown at him....hmm

I never said he didn't try to brush him back before. But in that situation, even a blind Sox homer could see there was no intent. Joba's not stupid.

    Mo being Mo.

Great job by the pitching. Even Farnsworth only got in to trouble because of Abreu playing deep.

Not just the 9th. That umpire was terrible on both sides all night.

Did you see the strike out on Lowell? The ball didn't even register on the strike zone graphic!

Youkilis is a fucking bitch. Yells after every out, looks at the umpire when he strikes out as if he's owed something...

Fuck him. Joba finally does what should of been done the last 5 years at Ortiz.

    Mo is SICK.

Neither did a lot of strikes that he called during the game. He was a terrible ump for both teams.

that tracker was a bit suspect. Alot of the pitches that were called strikes for both teams look a hell of alot closer then the tracker made them look.

i thought Lowell was gonna blow a microchip and drop kick the ump. That would have been the capper on a great game.

A bit OT, but Mussina took some subtle shots at Torre this morning.

Scott Proctor, Tom Gordon, and Paul Quantrill know what Moose is talking about.
