camp question/ tc starts tomorrow 7/14

    if tc starts tomorrow for rookies and only our 6th rd'er has signed, who is gonna be there tomorrow?

    also, tc for veterans is right around the corner, folks we are almost there.

    i am getting excited about the upcoming season,

    at least we all know, that talent wise we shouldnt suck this season

    I am getting goose bumps all over my body. I cant wait. As for your question who will be at camp. I quess all the undrafted players we took. And our number 6th.

    I don't know the answer to these questions. But I think Chris Baker will be there... reporting to the Rookie Dorm, as well he should.

    And once there, he'll find mice in his room, the air conditioner is on the fritz, and the hot water handle in the shower is missing.

    Has there been any word on how close we are to getting the other draft picks signed? Usually I have seen something by now.

    ...Jets rookies begin their orientation eight days earlier, on Wednesday, July 16. Then quarterbacks and injured veterans come in Sunday, July 20. The rest of the Green & White veterans report Wednesday, July 23.

    I couldn't find anything in the CBA that restricts it, but they rarely do because it is a huge risk. Any agent worth his salt will advise a wait 'til signing. If they were to get hurt, they'd be screwed.

    Wow, the 16th is pretty early and two have only two rookies signed. I guess there's really a whole week to get the contracts together.

    the training camp schedule on the website only goes through the end of july.

    is training camp really that short, or have they just not posted august dates yet?

    i can't stand waiting for the FO to get the draft picks signed...i don't want any of our rookies to miss any time...it was gut wrenching last year watching the FO "jerk around" Darrell Revis.

    I don't think they've finalized the schedules for August camps. I sure hope there's at least one in August since I can't go to the ones this month.

    Revis was our first holdout in 10 years, I think the FO knwos what they are doing.
