Of course, The team that has one of the worst QB situation in the NFL. Favre at 90 years old would have a chance to start over those Qbs. Jets have done so much this offseason. I can't see him staying in the NFC North, though Detroit, Minny, and Chicago could all use him. Miami and KC would love him, but why would Favre go into a rebuilding project? Tampa? Carolina (how's Delhomme these days)? I would guess Baltimore. Playoff-ready team with a young QB (Flacco). If Favre wants to stick it to the Packers for some reason, then Chicago.
I think Baltimore has too much age at too many positions. Even with Favre, I would not expect them to have a winning record in 2008.

And as far as the team is concerned, that might mean showing No. 4 the door - although working out a trade might be more palatable to the Packers than granting Favre the release he has requested. Favre asked the Packers to release him so he can return to the NFL with another team after apparently being told his latest retirement reversal wasn't welcome news in Green Bay. The team said it would do ``what's right'' in response to Favre's request, which was first reported by ESPN on Friday. ``Brett earned and exercised the right to retire on his terms,'' the team's statement said. ``We wanted him to return and welcomed him back on more than one occasion. Brett's press conference and subsequent conversations in the following weeks illustrated his commitment to retirement. The finality of his decision to retire was accepted by the organization. At that point, the Green Bay Packers made the commitment to move forward with our football team.'' The 38-year-old Favre retired March 6 after a 17-year career, openly sobbing as he contemplated a future without football. But almost immediately, he began dropping hints that he was having second thoughts. The most recent and intense round came Friday, when ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported that sources close to Favre and the team told him agent James ``Bus'' Cook asked the Packers for Favre's release in a letter because the Packers were not receptive to the idea of Favre wanting to play again. All of this drama is a nice welcome considering we still have a few weeks left until we can seriously start talking football again. The only team I can think of that would want and can use Favre right now are the Bears, Vikings, Bills, and Ravens. He's not ending up in either of the first two teams I listed, so I'm willing to put money that he'll be starting in Baltimore in September.
He's going to be traded so the Pack doesn't face him twice next year. I'm guessing Miami. Parcells loves bringing in aging QB's with very strong arms. It's like his main MO. Jets (Vinny), Dallas (Bledsoe), Miami (Favre). That's my guess. Miami is the only team in the NFL which clearly has a worse QB problem than we do.
I hadn't considered Favre going to Miami, and it suddenly makes perfect sense. I still think the Ravens would find a better use for him considering Favre is only likely to play 2 seasons max, and that's enough time for him to show Flacco the ropes, and maybe get a little more out of Troy Smith.
That's just ridiculous...we have 2 viable starting QBs...some teams have none...off the top of my head: Minny, Chicago, Frisco, KC...
I would take Alex Smith over either of the guys we have now without batting an eye. The other teams you mention are about as bad off as we are. Miami is worse though. I'd rather see the Jets go with Clemens than Chad for the obvious reason that Chad caps us pretty dramatically in terms of potential results, however I'm not delusional enough to think Clemens is more than a coinflip to work out at this point.
