Lookin like a Fatal 4-way for the #1 contender spot....

I'd like to see Kane win it, because I think Punk could beat him, as his first legitimate title defense.... I don't think WWE would let Punk beat Batista or Cena... And Bradshaw just blows....

Good point. I figured it would be Bradshaw, for all the same reasons. Bradshaw does suck though. Should have stuck with Farooq. APA was awesome.

I like that promo. Very Austinesque!

That was great stuff. Tonight's episode was really good.
    ---------------

As for Burchill coming in on Kingston, that curbstomp was a bit too American History X, no?

WWE pushing boundaries again? Can it be?

^ I usually hate Cena.... But those 3 are a great combination... I like RAW's new emphasis on the promos, and the entertaining guys, like Santino, Cryme Tyme, and Kingston...

Now we just need to end this Jericho/HBK bullsh*t...

They should just quit trying to make Jericho a bad guy. Sure, he can be a great heel, but too many people like him for it to ever be that worthwhile, save for something insane happening.

As for this 4-way, I'm expecting Kane or Batista to pull it out, with Cena/JBL feuding separately. It'll probably be Batista because Kane can feud elsewhere, while Batista's locked into the title chase.

    Good call Hurricane!

Beamen, agreed. Normally I don't like Cena at all, but with Cryme Tyme, he's amusing.

As for the move to the promo thing, that's what they should have been doing all along. The best era in wrestling, IMO, was at the height of the Austin/Rock feuds. Awesome promos. That's why I despise Orton so much. The guy has the personality of paint.

WTF with Kane? "Is he dead?" What kind of stupid promo is that? Unless it's a move to bring Taker back?

Way to finish out a quality show on a very strange, awkward note.

And yeah Alio, it has to be a Taker thing. It "could" be for McMahon, but why would Kane care.

Glad to see Michaels and Jericho waste away in the same feud for the last 2 months while the awful Batista and Cena and JBL all get to be in the title hunt.

This has to be the best two consecutive RAWs in a long-time. It's like they hired a fan to consult them to move back towards the Attitude era style of wrestling.

I figured Batista was going to win this match. I wanted Kane to get it because he needs a long-overdue title run for the work he has put into this business. However, this new angle he is doing is awesome.

One theory could be that this has to do with Vince. Maybe Kane tried to kill him, but the McMahon family is not telling what's going on with him, so Kane flips and wants to know if he killed him or not.

It wouldn't make sense with the Undertaker because he wasn't killed off or anything, he was just "prevented" from wrestling again.

Another crazy idea could be Paul Bearer, who was "killed" four years ago at the Great American Bash, which I think could be the most realistic, despite Pringle saying he was finished. This is the WWE, never say never.

What other crazy ideas can you people come up with?

^ I like the idea of Kane going after McMahon.... Kane needs a bonafide badass angle, and this could be it....

These last two RAWs would have been awesome if HBK/Jericho would just quit this stupid angle...

I have to be honest, for the first time, I actually liked the Jericho/HBK angle last night. I liked the way they both changed their tones to a lower key, rather than yelping at each other. It wasn't great, but it was better.

Kane going after McMahon could be good, but I don't really know how much I like Kane speaking. The way they went about it was kinda head-scratching too. He just snapped out of nowhere.

Either way, I liked the direction of the show last night. Much better than recent history. I hope they keep it up.

I wasn't really paying attention at the end as I was working on something on my computer. What exactly happened with Kane? I know he was the one who got pinned by Batista, but what happened afterwards?

He just went bezerk. He was yelling "Is he dead?!" and bashing the announcer table, throwing the stairs, and generally acting like 'roid rage had set in.

It's not that I have a problem with the concept. I was just left a bit unsatisfied with the execution.

I love the cliffhanger. Point being is that there is no doubt that I'm going to watch it next week.

I like the cliffhanger too. I'll definitely watch (not that I wasn't going to in the first place).

My only issue is that it happened for no reason. There was no "trigger" that set him off. He just went bezerk. I would just have liked to have seen a reason for it.

That's what all the talk will be about this week. As far as what triggered him? Maybe losing the match and frustration, who knows. Caught my attention nonetheless.
