That's over, sadly. They had cones up blocking the gate at halftime the last couple of games and a bunch of NJ state troopers guarding it like it was Fort Knox. We'll always have gate D in our memories though.
The new place will have a velvet rope and champagne room, guarded by a couple of no-necks wearing earpieces.
Giants Seem Like The Pace Setters It's a complete joke that the Giants announced their PSLs before the Jets. Isn't a shared stadium being built? Both teams should have made the announcement at the same time with the idential pricing plan. It makes it sound like the Giants are the landlord and we are the tennants. It's just a matter of time before it's announced that the Giants will get the first home game in the stadium and the Jets will have to wait for the following week. That being said, my seats are believed to be in the $20,000 per ticket section and I have 5 seats. That's $100,000 ! What I may do is take out a loan on the $100,000 and then sell the rights to the higest bidder...maybe I can double my money. Either way, I won't be able to afford tickets at these prices.
who says we are going to be booted out? I understand there are many lower level season ticket holders who cannot and/or willnot pay the psls for their seats, but the only way an upper decker can be booted is if they send out the psl/seating forms out to those in the lower levels first. If they all go out the same time there is no way we will all be booted out. I am sure it will work out somehow but it still sucks all the same.
