    Omar's word of the day is "perception". He did it in the press conference and he lectured Mike and Chris about how "it's all about perception."

    yeah he's clearly a racist, if you go by that interview and the press conference.

    He went on and on about how he did his research and it's important to him to have a black manager.

    Could be stretching a bit, but it sounded like "I went out and researched who the best minority candidate was and then I hired him."

    Francesa is right. He's not on the same page as his customers. The fans want the team to win. Omar has other priorities.

    the question now is how long till Omar gets fired.
    I think if they dont make the playoffs hes gone, better start looking for a new GM now.
