We got our winners 1. July 1st is the keeper cutoff date 2. Since we had quite a few maybes, I'm going to send an email to everyone fully explaining the creation of the 2nd league and it's purpose tomorrow.
The details of the possible 2nd league: # of teams - at least 8 in 2 divisions playoffs would work like old AFL(1E vs 2W & 1W vs 2E) unless there are 12+ teams then it becomes AFC/NFC style(top 2 get byes) rules - same as upper league player universe - entire NFL Just to clarify, I will have to co-own one of the teams in either league in order to run both leagues. I will not make any moves outside the commish role in my co-owner spot. The rules for regulation & promotion: When you get promoted you will take over the upper team's roster as is. When you get regulated you will take over the lower team's roster as is. Ex. Jon the owner of the Hawks went 2-11 and Steve, the owner of the 2nd league champion Bulls will swap teams. Jon gets the Bulls and Steve gets the Hawks, they can rename the team if they want. In order to get promoted you must fit this requirements: Win the 2nd league title For a chance to get promoted you must at least make 1 of these requirements: Win at least 11 games in the regular season Rank in the top 3 in regular season Reach the finals In order to get regulated you must fit this requirement: Finish with the worst record For a chance to get regulated you must make at least 1 of these requirements: Win no more than 3 games Lose the last half of the year Made no effort to improve team(don't move people to IR, etc.) Unless something radical happens only 1 team will move up & 1 will move down a year. In cases of people abandoning their team an outside person will run the team until the years conclusion in which case that person will be bumped to the lower league in order to give the better lower team captain a shot at the big league. That outside person will be given the lower league's team as compensation if they want it. If there is anything else you would want to know PM me or email me.

I was blessed with DeShaun Foster getting the boot in Carolina and then they go ahead and draft Jonathon Stewart. That DeAngelo Williams pick is never going to pan out.
