If Condoleeza Rice were a white woman she'd still be harmlessly flailing away in some poli sci department, which is where she belongs.
Haha, "Decided to leave." I've always defended Herman Edwards right to make a business decision. He was being a businessman. And, his time came and went. We were all glad of it. We also reserved the right to kick him in his ass on the way out.
IMO Isiah has something on the Knicks owner. How many BUSINESS men would put up with everything Isiah did and then after he fired put him somewhere in the front office. as for Herm he was done wrong now I don't know if it was his race but he was done wrong.
Ok now here we stand... mets set to get swept in a 4 game series in atlanta....and ryan church gets a pinch hit base hit with a concussion....meanwhile our healthy big bats cant get on base.... this is becoming borderline worrysome.....the mets need to get rid of willie asap....this team needs a spark badly and willie clearly isnt providing it. BOWA ANYONE? OR MAYBE HERM!!! HE DOESNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE CLOCK IN BASEBALL ITS PERFECT
Isiah Thomas should've been given the boot a long time ago because Basketball sucks in the first place.
Deflective. She was defamed. RACIALLY. BLATANTLY. Can't get around the portrayals she's had to live with. It's a free and great country, but I suppose Al Sharpton was asleep at the wheel here.
He didn't blow anything, he orchestrated his exit after a mostly successful 5 years here. he was never a media scpaegoat just a scapegoat of the fans b/c the fans need a scapegoat and after Herm left that became Chad Pennington.
Actually, I didn't know that. That is pretty racist. Doesn't change my opinion of her and how her demographic situation aided her ascent into the Republican stratosphere.
his race? maybe it was things like A)horrible clock control, to the point he hired someone to remind him how to call timeouts. B)running curtis martin into the ground with a more than capable backup in LaMont Jordan. C)letting capable and young players sit because he has fun with vets. a prime example is Cotchery. when we drafted cotchery, i saw him play in college and thought we were drafting him to start. the guy rode the pine till Mangini came to town. D)a revolving door of offensive coordinators and a new scapegoat from the coaching staff every few months. the guys overrated, he has the best RB not named Tomlinson and nothing is changing over there. the guy did a good job of getting us places, but in all honesty that was a time when the jets roster was actually loaded with some very good talent.
A)He had clock problems as most coaches do. B) He ran Curtis less than Curtis did under BP and groh. C) Cotchery played alot in year 2, that's BS. Rhodes, started from Day 1, Vilma was in the rotation from Day 1, Coleman started as a rookie as did Robertson. The not playing rookies simply wasn't true, some players take longer to develop than others. D) He had 2 OC's in 5 years, hackett for the 1st 4 and Heimerdinger for his last year. If that roster was loaded how come we couldn't make the playoffs the 2 previous years before Herm was hired?
dude im not even arguing with you, i knew youd be here and you just so happen to be the first post to reply. is herms dick so big you can still ride it all the way out there in NY still?
The race card is pulled far too often. IMO, unless there is blatant evidence of racism people should just STFU. Race is still an issue because people continue to bring it up and make it a focal point when it really isn't rather than focusing on the real issue(s) at hand. It's time to grow up America.
